Terms & Conditions

• All prices include VAT @ 20%.
  
  Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days; the booking will automatically be released if the booking form is not received.
  
  A booking contract must be signed and returned with the necessary deposit of £15 per person in order to confirm your booking.
  
  Deposits are not transferable or refundable.
  
  The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.
  

• Full cancellation or any reduction in numbers should be communicated in writing to Edinburgh First prior to your event.
  
  Cancellation/reduction charges are calculated as follows:
  
  More than 60 days before the event: deposit only.
  
  60–29 days before the event: deposit + 50% of balance due.
  
  28 days or less before the event: deposit + 100% of the balance due.
  

• Edinburgh First reserves the right to refuse admissions and to remove any person whose condition is likely to interfere with the function.
  
  Should it become necessary to cancel or materially alter any event, alternatives will be offered or full refund of monies will be given.
  
  Edinburgh First does not accept liability for non-completion of events due to cause beyond their control such as fire, flood and adverse weather conditions.
  
  Minimum numbers may apply.
