Old College
Built in the sixteenth century, William Playfair's impressive Edinburgh landmark is the birthplace of the University of Edinburgh.
The Old College quadrangle houses the stunning Playfair Library Hall, in which you can host up to 300 delegates theatre-style, 220 dinner guests or a reception for 450 people. The lower floor of Old College contains four additional meeting rooms, making the venue suitable for meetings, large presentations, conferences and exclusive dinners.
Also in the Old College quadrangle is the Talbot Rice Gallery. Contemporary exhibitions are hosted throughout the year by the Talbot Rice White Gallery, providing the ideal entertainment for guests following a dinner or drinks reception held in the grand Georgian Gallery.
