CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

To all of our customers, both loyal and new, we have had to listen to government advice in the response to COVID -19 and temporarily close our venues.  We have done so with heavy hearts, however we are still making sure we look after any key workers or those stuck in Edinburgh unable to travel home in our hotels.

The health and wellbeing of our fantastic team and loyal clients is at the heart of everything we do and, therefore it’s our responsibility to close and help contain the spread of COVID -19. However, we are still open for future enquiries. We hope that absence does make the heart grow fonder and that you may want to reschedule your dates for your conference so we get to provide you with our wonderful customer service when things get back to normal. If you decide to cancel or postpone your conference/event then your Terms and Conditions outline the cancellation policy. Any exceptions to the standard policy will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
