To all of our customers, both loyal and new, we have had to listen to government advice in the response to COVID -19 and temporarily close our venues. We have done so with heavy hearts, however we are still making sure we look after any key workers or those stuck in Edinburgh unable to travel home in our hotels.
The health and wellbeing of our fantastic team and loyal clients is at the heart of everything we do, and therefore it’s our responsibility to close and help contain the spread of COVID -19. However, we are still open for future enquiries. We hope that absence does make the heart grow fonder and that you may want to reschedule your dates for your conference so we get to provide you with our wonderful customer service when things get back to normal. If you decide to cancel or postpone your conference/event then your Terms and Conditions outline the cancellation policy. Any exceptions to the standard policy will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Please get in touch with any questions you may have, or to find out about any offers we may have on for future bookings: +44 (0) 131 651 2189 or at email@example.com.
Iconic venues to suit all budgets
Edinburgh First will more than meet your conference, meeting and event needs. Chances are, we'll exceed your expectations, too.
As part of the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh First understands better than most the elements necessary for a good debate or an educated discussion. Our venues are among the finest in Edinburgh and can cater to gatherings of all sizes, from a 1,000-strong audience to fine dining for 30.
As well as high-specification conference facilities and business meeting rooms, we offer Edinburgh conference venues featuring comfortable breakout areas and relaxed lounges where delegates can unwind. Edinburgh First's venues at Pollock Halls look onto Arthur's Seat, whilst our centrally located venues offer windows onto some of Edinburgh's most spectacular views, ensuring a memorable occasion.
"Edinburgh First did a fantastic job in planning and managing the logistics of this great event. It was clear that Louise wanted to tap into the ethos of the event by providing Skype options to those global participants who chose not to travel and even ensured that most of the event signage was sustainable.“
